QC (Quality Check)
One of the areas Boatshed has become renowned for is the amount of detailed quality information we have on each boat. At Boatshed we take up to 350 pieces of information which create the boat details, including
- VR
- Video
- Photographs
- Boat Spec
- Inventory
- Brokers comments
The QC Quality Check Team are tasked with maintaining the standards and keeping the bar high to be ahead of the competition, see below for a quick outline on what the QC team look for.
When the boat has been through QC there are three outcomes...
PASS | Congrats - you'll receive an email of conformation | |
Advisory | The boat is still live, we'll send you suggestions on how to improve the boat advert. You may be given a time frame in which to implement the recommended changes, please action changes within the time frame to keep the boat live. | |
FAIL - Deactivate | The boat has been deactivated as does not meet the required standards. Complete recommended changes. (When done click the re-check link). |
Amend the listing
You can Click on QC Fail and it will take you directly to the boat so that you can amend the details.
When you have amended the boat do remember to click the re-check button, for QC team to check and pass the boat.

Compulsory Photos
Here's a list of the bare minimum number of photos that every listing will need. Every boat will have these images.
We are that there may be some photos which are difficult to get to or non accessible, so do leave a message for the QC Team so they can take this into consideration, when you are submitting your new listing.
