EMAIL - 2024 Email Signature
Welcome to your new email signature for 2024, you will need to update your signature on your Gmail account and the Boatshed dashboard, follow these steps to update your signatures:
Boatshed Gmail Email Account
- Click on the settings cog - top right hand corner of the screen
- Click on see all settings
- Scroll down about half way to signatures
- Add your Boatshed signature (copy the text from below)
- Under signature defaults choose the option to display your signature on new and forwarded emails
- Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page
Boatshed Dashboard - My Brokerage (this signature goes from all emails sent from your brokerage)
- On the dashboard go to Manage>My Brokerage
- Click on the Email Footer tab
- Add your Boatshed signature (copy the text from below)
- Click SAVE
Boatshed Dashboard - My Account (this signature goes from all emails sent from your dashboard account)
- On the dashboard go to Manage>My Account
- Click on the Email Footer tab
- Add your Boatshed signature (copy the text from below)
- Click SAVE

All email signatures must include:
- Company name
- Company contact details
- Pentameter
- Each Boatshed Business is operated under an individual license. each office is a separate, legal entity with its own business and name, operating within its locality.
Please refrain from adding photos/logos in your signature as these may not display correctly on your emails and only Boatshed information should be included in your signature. (You may need to format the text once it's been copied).
