Boatshed Support - How to use it

This new platform is integrated with our current support system which enables the support team to add related help articles to current support requests. Some of you may already have seen the new knowledge base help articles as we have been using some of them in Boatshed Support already. From these articles you can also view related articles and information.

• Intelligent search: It lists the most viewed topics on the support home page
