WEBSITE - Owner Portals - Passwords
If your Owner has not created a new password to login to his personal Owner Portal area, ALTERNATIVELY you can create a password for your Owner in the Dashboard and send it to them, making it very easy.
Broker Instructions
- You can create your customer a password for their Owner Portal Account.
- Search for customer in Dashboard with their email address.
- Click on Account / Change Password.
- Add a password in here.
- Test on Boatshed.com before you send it to your customer. (i.e. login as the customer and use the password)
Customer Instructions
- Customer logs into Boatshed.com with his email address
- Clicks on My Boatshed.com
- Clicks on My Boat
- Click send new password
- Checks his email and Spam box just in case. (An email will come through with a link, he needs to click on this link to create a password.
