Setting Up a Facebook Business Page

The following instructions will assist you in setting up a Facebook page for your brand.

Profile page:

  • Use your local main website page image, or another local image as your profile background. 
  • Use your logo for the profile avatar. 
  • Make sure you are under the right category - “Boat service”.

About page:
We recommend that you include the following information on this page

  • Opening hours
  • Website address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Enable messenger
  • About - use the following overview: “Boatshed XXX is part of Boatshed.com, the largest International Yacht Brokerage in the world. We offer a full brokerage service and operate on a no sale, no fee basis and the transparency of our information enables us to sell boats faster than other brokers..”
  • Additional Information - include information about your Boatshed brand, including who you are, where you are based, what areas you cover and for how long you have operated. 

Drive Traffic:

Now you have your Business Page set up, you should work on getting followers and create content for your news feed.
