DASHBOARD - Boat Overview - Adding Notifications

When you add a boat to the system you can select when you would like to receive a notification when a customer has viewed the boat a certain number of times.  This can help you keep in touch with customers who are regularly looking at the boat you have for sale.

To select the notifications, click on the Notifications tab when you are in the boat overview:

The notifications circled below are mandatory and can't be changed so you will always received a notification for the following:

• CCR (Customer Contact Request - customer contacts you through the website)
• Request Price Reduction (The owner will request this through 'My Boatshed' on the website)
• Viewing Request (customer contacts you through the website)
• Offer (customer contacts you through the website)
• Request add boat into BoatBid (The owner will request this through 'My Boatshed' on the website)
• OCR (Owner Contact Request - (The owner will request this through 'My Boatshed' on the website)

You can select any of the other options, we would recommend choosing 5, 10, 15, 20 however you may decide you would like to be notified more regularly for particular boats.  Remember this is the view alerts per boat and not per brand.

Don't forget to click SAVE!
