DASHBOARD - Customer Feedback

It is always useful to ask your customers to provide you with some feedback after you have sold their boat.  If you are lucky enough to receive some feedback then you can add it onto your website for other customers to see.  Just follow these simple steps:

  • Go the dashboard
  • Click on Administration>customer feedback
  • Click on Add
  • Broker - choose your brokerage
  • Feedback - enter the feedback.  Remember to remove any boat names (you can swap the boat name for the brand and model) and any personal information the customer has provided you with.
  • Customer Name and Feedback Date - Just enter their first name and the date
  • Don't forget to click SAVE
  • Their feedback will now appear on your Brands Homepage

Top Tips!

  • Send your customer an email asking them for feedback once they have bought/sold a boat
  • Avoid copying and pasting a whole email into the feedback box, remove any unwanted wording eg Hi Wendy, best wishes
  • Check the punctuation and spelling
  • Remove any boat names and full customer names (Remember the GDPR rules!)
  • Add the customers first name (try and avoid using vendor/purchaser/buyer/seller)
  • Add the month and year eg January 2022
  • Add the comments when you receive them
  • Try and get as many as you can!
