WEBSITE - Links

Great way to build relationships. Links give you an excuse to go and meet new local faces in your community. By offering a link on your website for free, will start to cement the relationship and could lead to referring listings your way. Visit the company on a regular basis.

There are three types of links

Reciprocal links - a link both ways (these links actually cancel each other out in search engines)
Inbound - Links from sites to yours (choose busy sites, PR is a great way to link back to your site)
Outbound - Links from your site to others (Local companies)

Links from articles you write - There is probably no better way to get people to visit your website by writing decent blogs. The blogs should be about your local area including marine companies etc.

If your link is not showing on your website, check that it has some text in the "Link Description" box. Links will not show until a brief description has been added.
