DASHBOARD - Associating Blogs to your Brokerage
Blogs (news) are a great way to promote your business and to encourage more traffic to visit your website. To learn how to write a new blog go to the Adding Blogs help doc.
If you see a blog that is written by another broker and you would like it to appear on your website just follow these instructions:
- Go to the dashboard
- Click on Administration
- Click on blogs
- Find the blog you would like to appear on your website
- On the right hand side of the screen click on Associate to Websites
- Choose your website (if you manage multiple brands, each of your brands will be available)
ALL blogs written by the HQ team will automatically appear on your website, if you feel the content is not valid for your brand then you can remove it by following steps above and untick the box.
Customers will find the blog (news) on your website by clicking on the Explore drop down menu at the top of the screen, scroll down the page to view all news and articles or click on news in the footer.
The blogs (news) are split into different sections:
- Brokerage news - written by the broker for their own brokerage
- Boatshed news - written by Boatshed HQ or another Boatshed broker
- Marine Industry News - written by an external source
- Social Feeds - linked to the brokerage social media channels
