DASHBOARD - Sending Closing (Completion) Statements from the Dashboard

As part of the boat sales process a closing (completion) statement should be sent to the vendors and the purchasers of the boat when it is finalised on the system.  You can now produce these directly from the dashboard once the sale is finalised.

• Find the boat on the dashboard that you have finalised
• Click on the sales/offers tab and next to the offer two new documents will have appeared (they will only show when the boat has been finalised)
• Click on the relevant language flag for your brokerage and it will display the statement 
• The statement is pre-populated with the sales details including any re-negotiation or payments made on behalf of the vendor
• You can then download a copy to send to the customer
