The Boatshed system is designed for listing boats, however on occasions there is the possibility of listing a marina berth/pontoon.  If you are contacted by a customer wanting to sell their pontoon, they still need to complete a listing agreement and we need to find out as many details as possible.

MAIN DETAILS:

• Actual length of the pontoon/mooring
• Max length of boat allowed on the pontoon/mooring
• Min/Max depth
• Min/Max beam

EXTRA DETAILS:

• Vague location
• Tenure (freehold, leasehold, rental)
• Access restrictions
• Commercial terms - ongoing rental, maintenance charges
• Services available - power - what voltage?, water, WIFI
• Car parking
• Access control to the marina
• Local marine businesses
• Yard facilities
• Local shops/chandlery
