BOAT SALES - Selling your own boat

Please note that any broker who wishes to sell their own private boat must:

• Enter full details of the boat and owner (themselves) on the Boatshed system.
• Charge the full correct rate of commission (i.e. 8% UK, 10% Spain, USA) as per the Boatshed scale of charges upon any sale.
• Accounts will invoice the broker commission on the 8% or 10%.
• Pay any cross commission element to another Broker who introduces a client.
