DASHBOARD - Price Reduction

For any mail shots, marketing, contacting customers, we need a good reason to contact them. Customers who have been actively looking at a particular boat so that we don't spam our customers, for example...

  • New listing
  • Price reductions
  • New gear, equipment or decent updates
  • Boat Auctions

When you receive or have generated a price reduction from an owner you can then market to customers who have been looking at the boat.  Each customer is treated individually and a scoring system will let you know if they should be emailed.

Remember you can market to customers who are registered with any Boatshed Brand

Customer Score Examples

The customer below has a good score and has not been sent a marketing email from us, you can send to this customer.

The below customer, whilst his score appears ok, he has had 8 emails from us in the last 30 days, so this customer should not be sent an email.

The customer below has zero as a score, do not send a price reduction email to this customer.
