DASHBOARD - Dashboard Access Levels

• Business Owner: Has full access to dashboard functionality.
• Principal Broker (ADMIN): Full access to manage the day to day running for the Business Owner excluding certain reports.
• Broker: Can add, view and finalise sales of their boats only, customise email templates add blogs.
• Agent: Ability to add new boats but can't make boats live. Manage their boats only.
• Scout: May find listings and do viewings, no dashboard access but does have a personal contact page.
• Blogger: Adds blogs for the business.

• Blogs: Can view all blogs in the Dashboard as they are published.
• Add blogs: Ability to add new blogs and publish.
• View internal news: View discussion topics in Dashboard and add comments.
• Boat Sales: Add Offers and finalise sales.
• Boatbid: View your boats in the auction, including auction start price, reserve & bids, so you can relay progress to your Owner.
• Boats: Can view and search for boats.
• Activate Boats: Ability to publish a boat onto your website.
• Add Boats: Add new listings.
• Edit Boats: Edit your listings.
• Manage own boats only: View & manage only your listings.
• Customers: Add and view customers.
• Email templates: Ability to view, edit and customise your dashboard template emails.
• Mailsender Account: Ability to segment subscriber list, create and send mail shots.
• My Brokerage: Customise and manage your website
• My Account: Customise and manage your contact page and password.
• Notifications: Receive boat and customer notifications specified.
• Reports: View reports.
• Boat Checklist Overview: If Manage own boats is ticked, you will only be able to view your page.
• Feed Report: Ability to view which boats are fed to which MLS sites, check for feed errors.
• Finalised Sales (sold boats): View report.
• Removed boats: View report.
• Under External Offer: View report.
• Under Offer: View report.
